Room 402 is an non-traditional consulting practice that collaborates with schools to activate powerful curriculum in K-12 classrooms.

We help teachers imagine, design and implement purposeful learning experiences that are sparked by curiosity and motivated by the human need to do work that lasts. And, we offer extraordinarily fun professional development.

Room 402 was founded by Christina Jenkins, an educator and designer who taught for nearly 10 years in New York City public schools. Room 402 was her home at the NYC iSchool, where she developed more than a dozen unique classes ranging from anthropology and cartography to global feminism and comics.
